Fee Proposals

Fee proposals are only valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

 

Surveys

Manual surveys will be carried at the soonest available date at the designer's discretion, digital surveys will be carried at the survey companies earliest available date.

 

Sketch Designs

Sketch designs are usually completed and ready for presentation within 3 to 4 weeks fro the survey date, however, timings may increase due to additional workload and delays outside the designer's control. Revisions are usually completed within one week of the presentation meeting.

 

Master plans

Master Plan drawings are usually completed within 3 to 4 weeks fro the survey date, however, timings may increase due to additional workload and delays outside the designer's control. Any further Revisions may take a further 2 weeks to complete.

 

Planting Plans

Planting Plan drawings are usually completed within 3 to 4 weeks fro the survey date, however, timings may increase due to additional workload and delays outside the designer's control. Any further Revisions may take a further 2 weeks to complete.

 

Prints 

Electronic copies of drawings are ready to email once the design drawings have been completed. Hard copies will take an additional week to process. These can be posted to the client's address but are subject to delivery by Royal Mail.

 

Plant Supply

Plant Supply is subject to availability and the delivery schedule applied by the supplier's nursery.
